Eduard de Lange – Offshore Executive – TIVIT

Eduard is a bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration from the University of Eindhoven. Before joining TIVIT, he worked in many companies, such as Philips, Coppers@Lybrand, IBM and Atos Origin. He has a large experience with offshoring and multinational SW factory in the US and Europe.

Caio Rainério de Araujo Silva – Director of Applications Systems at TIVIT

Caio is the director of Applications Systems at TIVIT, in charge of making the company one of the main players in the sector of applications development, including large operations to the international market. With more than 30 years of experience in IT, he worked in many companies, such as EDS, T-Systems, CPM and Stefanini. Caio has a degree in Business Administration at CEUB and is working towards a MBA in Business Management at FGV-SP.

Marco Antônio Stefanini – Stefanini IT Solutions’ Founder and President

Since its beginning in 1987, Stefanini IT Solutions has evolved into one of the largest IT companies in Brazil.  Despite this growth, the company continues to show the entrepreneurial spirit of its founder and current president, Marco Antonio Stefanini. Marco earned his degree from University of Sao Paulo – USP.  His career in IT started as a trainee at Bradesco Bank, the largest private bank in Brazil. At Bradesco, Engesa and other large companies where he worked, the executive acquired knowledge in Data Processing, Performance Analysis, Capacity Planning and Technical Support, working as an Analyst and Consultant. As Stefanini’s CEO, the executive has lead his company through every crises and economic challenge of the past years.  Competing with multinational giants, Marco never lost his business acumen.  Aware of the competition, Marco found niche markets for his services and acquired expertise that allowed Stefanini IT Solutions to grow and expand in Brazil and abroad, making it one of the first Brazilian multinationals in the sector.  With a strong coherent vision to provide services that values most the behavior of its employees and its professionals, the executive defines Stefanini as a “Relationship Company”. Based on this perception, rigid ethics and awareness of corporate social responsibility, Marco Stefanini evolved his company to a respected position recognized by its professionals, partners, clients and the market through awards and an excellent reputation. As further proof of his strategic vision, Marco Stefanini created the Stefanini Institute, a non-profit organization which goal is to give opportunities to disadvantaged children in the community, through IT area courses. Stefanini is certified by Abrinq (Brazilian Association of Toy Manufacturers) as a “Friend of the Children Company”. In the same spirit, Marco Stefanini has also associated the company to the Ethos Institute of Business and Social Responsibility and has contributed to the dissemination of the enterprise social responsibility concept in the Brazilian market. 

Ken Fritschel – Director of Business Development – The Americas – CSC – Computer Sciences Corporation

Ken Fritschel is responsible for leading business development activities and structuring service relationships that help clients meet their business goals, by maximizing the value they receive from information technology. Ken joined CSC last year to support the launch of new growth initiatives in The Americas – across all commercial industry sectors. His primary focus is the Latin America region.In the 20 years prior to joining CSC, Ken held a number of executive and sales positions at EDS. He played a pivotal role in launching several new corporate divisions.  He has experience working with companies in the industries of Travel, Transportation, Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, Financial Services, Freight & Logistics, High Tech, and Media & Entertainment. Ken also spent two years with Sabre, helping airlines optimize their operational performance with sophisticated software solutions.Ken lived and worked outside the United States for 10 years – eight in Latin America. With focus on helping clients succeed, he has assisted dozens of companies around the world in improving technology performance to enable the achievement of business objectives.  Ken has structured more than $17 billion worth of information technology services transactions during his career.  He is fluent in Spanish and has begun learning Portuguese.  Ken has a Bachelor of Journalism degree, with honors, from the University of Texas.Based in Dallas, Texas, Ken enjoys spending time with his wife and family pursuing a wide variety of recreational interests.
